I have purchased many dried biscuit foods over the years for my cats and kittens and settled a long time ago on the following:
Pro Plan, Royal Canin and James wellbeloved. I have used Pro Plan since I started breeding in early 1990 and still do. I tend to mix these 3 manufacturers foods by varying the flavours too, it makes an interesting mix for my cats! They are fed in separate bowls so I know which one is their favourite!
At shows where I exhibit I am well known for my strong boned cats, they are well developed, solid and muscular. I put this down to healthy a balanced diet of quality dried products, freshly cooked chicken and raw minced rabbit. Cats are carnivores and need protein!
