My Cats
I have always stayed true to my philosphy of breeding for type and temperament. Cats are carnivores and need meat but they also thrive on good quality biscuits. I have tried many biscuits over the years and Purina ProPlan has always been in my top 3. Royal Canin is very popular with my kittens especially their Babycat product. They start munching (actually they play with it 1st or use it as a litter tray!)at about 5-6 weeks along with raw meat, chicken and some wet foods. My older breeding cats now also eat the RC BSH biscuits which has been specially formulated for the British Shorthair for muscle tone and bone.
The red and black above are George and Finlay my 2 Selkirk Rex pet boys. Wot naughty scamps they are particularly GEORGE!..I called him that because I always wanted to say "DONT DO THAT GEORGE" memories of Joyce Grenfell!
